Modules

We understand that buildings go through various stages in their lifecycle, each requiring a different level of support. To accommodate this, we offer five modules that can be tailored to fit your budget and address your specific priorities:

01. Preventative

Proactive maintenance involves functional activities that ensure the BMS operates in line with its original installation. This includes replacing faulty equipment and rectifying software errors. The primary goal is to sustain the mechanical control system's functionality over the years, minimizing breakdowns, comfort issues, and downtime.

02. Enhancement

The enhancements module focuses on boosting the functionality of existing BMS features. This involves fine-tuning day-to-day operations for building operators, streamlining processes, and enhancing overall efficiency. Significant improvements can be made to BMS graphics, alarms, trends, and reports, providing a more comprehensive and user-friendly experience for effective building management.

03. Tuning

This module offers cost-effective energy efficiency solutions that do not necessitate the development of new custom-designed software programs. Our primary focus lies in control loop tuning and optimization. Our technicians perform traditional BMS maintenance tasks, carefully checking sensors and actuators, aimed at generating tangible value and ensuring a substantial return on investment for our clients. By fine-tuning control systems, we optimize energy usage and enhance overall system performance.

04. Optimization

The optimization module introduces advanced control strategies that lead to substantial enhancements in energy efficiency. We focus on designing, engineering, downloading, and testing 'smarter' software programs that utilize the building's existing infrastructure. Our process typically begins with ASHRAE Guideline 36 High-Performance Sequence of Operations for HVAC Systems, which serves as the foundation for customizing control strategies tailored to each specific site. This approach ensures maximum efficiency gains while minimizing additional hardware costs.

05. Planning

We take a proactive approach by developing a comprehensive 10-year Capital Expenditure plan. This strategic roadmap offers advanced notice and budget projections for any impending urgent or critical funding needs. By doing so, we aim to minimize potential downtime of the BMS and mitigate risks. This forward-thinking strategy ensures smooth operations and financial preparedness for the years ahead.
